Penn
Square Partners (PSP) is developing a new,
upscale, full-service hotel, the Marriott Lancaster at
Penn Square, in a new tower and shared spaces within
the former Watt & Shand
Building, as part of the revitalization of downtown Lancaster,
Pennsylvania. PSP is the collaboration of
two long-term
corporate citizens working in private/public partnership
with the Lancaster County
Convention Center Authority, which
is developing an adjacent convention center.
We do our best to make sure
